SHIPPING AND RETURNS
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund if an RMA Authorization Number is requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Item must then be returned within 30 days of original delivery date. RMA Numbers are obtained by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number and list items to be returned and reason. RMA Numbers will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of request.
USPS Standard Mail shipped within United States can take between 1 to 4 weeks. In your email confirmation we mention most orders will take between 4 to 14 business days for shipping while some orders can take in excess of 21 business days. While this may seem excessive, we have no control over how long US Postal Service takes to deliver mail. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
If your parcel has not arrived within the time frames given, please send us an email to email@example.com and include your order number.
Used products WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and have all the original packaging and in new condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the item returned. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)
All returns must be shipped prepaid of origin, unless prior arrangements have been made. No COD returns will be accepted. New orders resulting from exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with Bobster®. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound.

How soon will my order ship?
In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days, provided the items are in stock. Most orders placed before noon (PST), on a business day, will be shipped that same day. For items that are backordered your confirmation will show the EXPECTED delivery date of the product to our Southern California warehouse. Please allow a few extra days from this delivery date for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Please check your cart before submitting your order. Once your order is submitted, it will be sent directly to our warehouse to be processed. If you wish to add products to your order you will need to submit a new order and pay additional shipping charges.
How will my order be shipped?
You will have the option to select a Shipping Method on the Shipping Form from our shipping partners. We ship by UPS, USPS and FedEx. UPS and FedEx will NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. For RX orders to be delivered to a Post Office Box or APO address there may be additional shipping charges added to your order once it ships from the laboratory.
What if select partial order shipment option?
If partial order shipment option is selected, additional shipping fees will be added to order total.
Foreign Orders/All NON - USA & Canada Destinations
We ship UPS, FedEx and USPS. You are responsible for all customs fees due on items ordered. (If customs department of any country rejects your order for any reason, you are still responsible for all associated fees levied and required to return merchandise to our warehouse and 15% restock fee will apply. These fees will be charged to your credit card as a separate transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to receive any items ordered.)
