HOOLIGAN SUNGLASS, BLACK FRAME, PHOTOCHROMIC LENS

The Hooligan is sleek and stylish eyewear with photochromic lenses, so they can go with you in all lighting condition. The frame wrap around the face and has a slight "cup" on the edges of the frame to minimize wind disruptions without the need for foam. The lenses are photochromic starting with a light tint (85% transmission) and transform to a medium grey (32% transmission) in bright light. The Hooligan also comes with a microfiber pouch for easy transport. Ideal photochromic biker eyewear!

Good quality manufacture and materials. Unfortunately they do not get anywhere near dark enough for moderate to bright sun light. These would be perfect for the late evening ride when the sun is not really an issue, but then why have sunglasses? I will go back to my interchangeable lenses until I can find a transition style lens that gets dark.

These are perfect for me. After wearing clear glasses only for years the provide just enough tint to keep the sun out of my eyes but I can still ride with them at night. Great for a light to medium tint lens.

Bought 'em, left them out in bright sun for 10 minutes, and when I came back, they had barely changed darkness. They would never be adequate to wear in the sun. Returned them to the retailer.

They fit good but the photochromic lenses seem to never change they are clear as can be all the time. In the sun or after hours. Way to light to use in the day time.

I bought these to replace the interchangeable lens glasses I had in hopes of having something that I could wear in all riding conditions without the hassle of having to stop and change lenses. These, unfortunately never seemed to be dark enough for me to be fully comfortable. In the bright sunlight I found myself squinting and as the day wore on the lightened to quickly so I never really had the protection was I was looking for. The quality of materials, craftsmanship, and comfort were excellent and I would definately consider another style of Bobster glasses. In the end I guess I should have gone with another pair of interchangeables, one of the photochromic styles that begin and end a little darker, or even 2 pair of glasses.
