I was very pleased with his customer service. He sent me a new strap free of charge. I can't say enough about the road master line of glasses. I love the photocromic lenses. Thanks Scott for your professionalism!!! I was delighted that I could order a replacement until I saw the shipping charge was twice the price of the strap. this makes no sense,so no sale!
