FAT BOY SUNGLASSES, BLACK FRAME, ANTI-FOG PHOTOCHROMIC LENS

Fast and Furious, the Fat Boy sunglasses feature photochromic lens technology. The lens transmission allows 87% of light through indoors and 47% of light through while outdoors in bright light. Featuring anti-fog, polycarbonate lenses, this eyewear enables usage through varying light. In addition, closed-cell memory foam around the frame improves comfort and prevents wind or debris from impairing clarity.

I don't have a problem with the glasses so much as the warranty. My lens fell out last summer. I emailed customer service many times with no response. Then finally phoned them left a message and had someone Reply back. Their warranty says that they will exchange the glasses locally outside of the USA. (I'm in Canada) but they told me I had to send them to the USA (at my cost) and they'd send another one to replace it. I sent them the next day...That was around Sept. it's now January and I haven't received or heard anything from them. I've sent a few more emails and called numerous times to leave messages on their voicemail. But still NO GLASSES and NO REPLIES!!! Now I have no glasses and am out shipping costs that were 1/2 the price of the glasses. Disappointed. I really liked those glasses.

I received the Bobster's "FatBoy" # EFB001 Sunglasses W/The Black Frame, Photochromic. (Transitional) As a Christmas Gift 2011. I Truly Must Say At First: "Great Riding Glasses." The Bobster "FatBoy" Only lasted For Two Months Before I Noticed That The Inner Foam Padding Was Lifting Away From The Frames. Okay, I Can Deal W/That. Not A Week Pasted. And, Riding Out On A Sunny Day. I Felt That Weren't As Dark When I First Wore Them. And, As Per Other Riders. Good Thing I Kept My $5.00 Pair Of Puggs W/Me. Nevertheless, The Anti-Fog Was Indeed Far Fetched. As I'm Getting Ready To Toss These Bobsters Into The Garbage. I Was Told That Bobster Glasses Have A Life Time Warnity. Four Months Pasted. Contacted Bobster Temselves Just For A Replacement Pair. Nothing More. I Tried Placing Them Into The Freezer To Recharge Them. Results: Frosty And, Foggy. :(. I'm Still Awaiting Feed Back Four Months Later. So Much For Their Warnity. I Truly Hope Bobster Will Back Their Product. Handsomeharley , New York

FatBobs get the Job Done! May 20, 2011 By Tim H... Flatlands Rider from South Florida Pros: Product that works and...a company that backs up its Products / Warranty!!! "I ride in the dark mornings going into work and daylight in the PM. I did not want to be bothered with changing lenses or changing sun glasses and then having to find places or pockets to store them! I searched for a solution and found Fatboys. I have used these Fatbob glasses for 3+ years. They are Good! They Work!! They do what is advertised!!! No Fog up in rainy conditions. Protects your eyes. Nothing gets under glasses into the eyes with snug wrapped around fitment and foam that rings the inside of the frames. They lighten up when riding in the dark with good / non impaired visibility. They could darken more, but do provide protection from the intense South Florida Summer Sun! If you are looking for Black Out or Mirror type glasses then these are not for you. Broke an arm /ear holder a couple weeks back. Called company about getting a replacement arm (the frame and lenses were still good and serviceable) AND!!!! I received a New Pair of Fatboy Chromatic sunglasses within 4 Days at no charge(s) what so ever. Blew me away. Wow! Bussiness the "old fashion" way. This is one company whose warranty is worth it's weight in gold. Check for sizing. I am 5' 9'', 170 lbs and the frame could be a little wider. Gave 4 Stars because I could not give 4 1 /2."

I picked up a pair of these at J&P in sturgis. They get a very light shad of amber and do nothing for the sun. $40.00 gone, now I know why they had them in the bargin section. Will use them at night I guess. I will never purchase there products again.

In the Bobster Photochromic Fat Boy sunglasses, you get: 1)stylish comfort keeping the sun out of your eyes. 2)ride from daylight into dark, without have to haul interchangeable lenses, or another pair of amber/clear glasses, face it its just a pain 3)in the even of a crash, shatterproof lenses.. alot less chance of daming your eyes; eyes are very sensitive and you only get two, a five year old knows that, 4) Anti-fog, a must you cant drive if you cant see, so no more holding your breath at a stoplight then raising you're visor as you take off to defrost. 5) last but certainly not least, I was shocked when I found out the price for all of these features less than $40.00 tax and all. And yes they are as good a quality or better than some of my Oakley Harley Davidson, and other expensive brands. If you're in the market for great all around riding/sunglasses, and dont have 2 or 3 hundred bucks to burn. this is your solution.

I used them for the first time a couple of days ago. It was a bit overcast at first and the glass stayed clear and when the sun came out they worked great. Lens darkened as it was supposed to do. I just started wearing contacts and these glasses keep the wind and dust out. It was a treat not having to change my glasses over when the sun comes out. The look is Ok, but I wish they were a bit more streamline. Overall a great pair of glasses.

PRO: 1. They do a good job of keeping out the wind and flying debri. 2. The rest on the cheek bone, so no pressure on nose bridge. CON: 1. If you have a large head, you will probably not like the fit -- way too tight. Uncomfortable feeling at first, which goes away, then returns after an hour or so. Also, angle of ear piece to eye is a little off for my ears and face shape. I highly recommend you try these on in a store before you buy. Depending on your head size and shape, they may fit well or way too snug. The photo sensitivity is OK, but like all photchromatic lenses, they do not get very dark. If I could, I would return them for a larger size, but these glasses only come in one size.
